LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

RICHNTURNT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
